The key to enjoying a more healthy life is to know the facts about foods, alcohol and tobacco. One must learn to recognize the fungal/mycotoxin-contaminated foods, particularly the alcoholic beverages. Smoking or chewing fungal/mycotoxin-contaminated tobacco is just plain nonsense once one learns the facts regarding the disease-producing nature of the tobacco fungi and their toxins.

One must also learn the facts about the remarkable prohealth benefits of the antifungal/antimycotoxin foods and beverages.

Obviously, this knowledge of the fungi and their toxins is essential to enjoying a more healthy life. The facts constituting that knowledge are found in the FUNGALBIONIC series of books.

Learn to create a mental image of the natural foods in the mythical Garden Of Eden. The foods were fresh, fresh, fresh. It is not as difficult as it may seem to be. However, it does take a few moments to classify selections into one of two categories; fungal/mycotoxic and antifungal/antimycotoxic.
